The site uses e-commerce technology, has secured areas for distributing contracts, forms and other confidential information.

For this customer Robusto is developing software that drives industrial control systems in an internet based network architecture. We have completed the first system meant to test our abilities and passed with flying colors. The next project is in the hopper and ready to roll. Robusto, robotics and industrial control turns out to be an excellent match!

After logging into this site the users are able to monitor and alter various parameters in their remote facilities, building temperature, cooler temperature, parking lot lighting, etc. This system is currently deployed to many Wendy's restaurants around the U.S. and Canada. By coupling this data with solutions provided by Google, Bing, Mapquest, etc., we are able to leverage the geography technology with the MLS data to create a highly effective Lead Generator affordable to even small Agents and Agencies. This brings the technological advantages previously available only to large brokerages like Century 21, RE/MAX, etc. to even small agents and firms. This essentially gives small firms the same advantages of those with multi-million dollar IT departments.
